The first one ran fine for a = day then it had something wrong it went through the start up cycle and then would shut off. We tested a new stove and then exchanged the stove. upon testing the stove that was not working correctly we think it had a loose thermostat connection and the stove was thinking that it had to shut down. It has been working fine for 2 weeks so far. So my opinion it is a good stove for the price just ugly! and now the hard part trying to get one = from the factory. If you do have a questions/ problems with a whitfield stove talk to Dean Piper (Ex 840) . He knows his shit and can walk the dumbest tech through anything.   And remember the only way to vent a pellet stove is vertically vent NEVER DIRECT VENT unless you like going back to a job on your dime.   Rod P Climate Control Systems Oakhurst, Ca
