What inventory programs are being used successfully to keep track of 
the fact that you may have 4 of fireplace A in the warehouse but you 
have 3 customers who are building, don't need it yet, and you really 
only have one left to sell. One of those customers may not need their 
unit for three months, but the other two may need theirs within 2 
weeks.  Does anyone use a program which they would recommend which 
will let you plug in the customer's name who has the item on 
"layaway" and print out a report saying something like: There are 4 
total units on hand, 3 are committed?
