I went to Yahoo and checked out the quote for CFM- Majestic (CFM.TO) and found that the chart was quite steep (downward) and had been going down for more than 6 months. The result is that the stock's current lows are almost 50% off of this years highs. The stock is so low that the company announced a share buy back on Sept. 16.
