I have said this before and will say it as many times as anyone asks.
We are using Ideal Profit System Program and love it.  We have had it now
for 4 years and find more ways to use it everyday.  It is the best.

I am currently using Quickbooks 6.0.  It is ok.  Easy to do cash sales as
well as more detailed invoices with a deposit.  Limitation on partially
completes sales (it show the items gone immediately even if you have to
order certain items or the customer does not have the items in their
posession yet).  I am curios what other retial stores use.
