We are a corporation...never realized that would make a difference. Anyway,The Maryland insures our business...we are primarily a construction-related business, as fireplaces in new construction are our base. We also have a retail store. Originally we were insured by Hanover. One year I made the mistake of inquiring as to rates for coverage if we got our LP gas license. The following renewal they cancelled me...cancelled me for ASKING! Admittedly I had a moron for an insurance agent, and this was the year after Hurricane Andrew (we're in Florida) and all insurers were looking to dump any excess risk. When I switched agents, she told me the only other company that would cover us with similar rates as Hanover was The Maryland. Noel Gilmore Autumn Moon Fireplaces Port St. Lucie, FL
