But there are many who are dedicated to their product and customers. The Travis people go above and beyond. And a personal rep of ours is Rick Valahoos. I spend a fortune sending myself, my wife and 2 employees to this show every year. Between air fare, hotels, food and registration plus education badges, it costs thousand$. For that amount of money I want to spend as much time as I need with every booth. I'm not there for a social event...this is business! I want to see what's new and have them explain it to me. I want to see the new accessory companies. A simple 2-3 minute stop and look and a brochure is NOT enough. If you think about it, the proper way to see the burn booths is right after you see the indoor booth, you should go outside and see that product burning. That's not always practical, but it is necessary sometimes
