Great report Tim.  I agree with your remarks re: attitude at the exhibitors
booths.  It seems like maybe they should be taking those classes that we
were so diligant in taking.
 
I also would add:  any manufacurer with a y2k compliant tag in their booth
should have been take out to the burn area and put on the giant rottiserie
(y2k compliant this!!).  That just tells me they think we are so ignorant
that we would not know a woodstove was y2k compliant.  And yes it did cross
my mind that maybe they were showing tags that shops could use in their
showroom.  I dont know about your area but if I did that in my area 50% of
my customers would make a quick u-turn right out of my store.  Just what I
want to come across as.
