The burn area was the neatest and cleanest Ive seen in years. To me a neat and clean area is of the utmost importance, whether in the showroom or at a Trade show. It shows product better and gives most everyone a better perspective as to how the products will show in their stores. Mr Mike

Attendance at HEARTH Certification Exam Prep Training seminars was up 75% over the record numbers of the year before.   The debut of Hearth 101, the training program for new employees, was phenomenal. This program apparently meets a pressing need in the industry by providing technical fundamentals in the first manual and practical applications for typical sales and customer service situations in the second manual. We were writing orders and taking credit cards as soon as visitors to our booth knew what Hearth 101 was. I have the sense that this product will become a gateway to the profession for its users and a solution to new employee training and employee turnover problems for shop owners.   A great show for HEARTH and for a maturing industry firmly committed to training and education. Kudos and thanks to HPA for strong support and another well run, smooth operation.   Ben Weathersby Program Director HEARTH Education Foundation
