(back) Subject: Harman E Glass Breakage From: "Keith fletcher" <[email protected]> Date: Thu, 16 Apr 1998 13:03:06 -0400   We sold two Harman E's to a customer in 1995. One units curved glass keeps breaking once or twice a season. Harman has even sent and new door, but the glass continues to break. Because our customer has two identical units, we do not feel that the operation of the stove is the problem. Anyone had a simular problem or in suggestions. (back) Subject: Chat Room Trial 10 PM Eastern Time From: Craig Issod <[email protected]> Date: Thu, 16 Apr 1998 17:31:42 -0400   Just a reminder about the chat session at 10PM Eastern Time this evening. Hope some of you can make the trip. The subject will be Web Page and Graphic Creation.   The chat server is located at http://chi.hearth.com/chat/chat.html   You will need a Java-enabled browser, such as Netscape 3 or newer...or IE 3.0 or newer. I'm not sure if America Online browser supports the Java language, so I'd appreciate any reports on whether you can connect. You can visit the server anytime just to see how it work.   The first conference will be held tommorrow evening, Thursday, April 16, at 10:00 PM Eastern Time. This will allow you left coast types to get home from work.   The subject of this test conference, should anybody attend, will be "Web Page and Graphic Creation"..that is, I'll be available for Q and A on this subject.   Don't miss it...if it works, you'll be part of history..the first ever Hearth Industry Educational Chat.   I'm not yet sure how many users the current setup will handle, but please show up if you can so we can test this.   ------------------------------------------------------ Craig Issod HearthNet at http://www.hearth.com [email protected] Everything your Hearth Desires ------------------------------------------------------ Buddha says "avoid error" ------------------------------------------------------
