Each development should only have one to three model homes and most manufactures only allow one model home discount per development. I am not sure what parade housing is = so I don't know how to compare. Model pricing is there for the builder to = help him afford to build a house that is not going to be sold for a period of time and the benefit to the manufacturer is that if the model home has = that fireplace so should the one they build for me.
