I assume that many of you are in Arizona, but I wanted to tell the others
that this years HPA Show appears to be the biggest ever! It must be 1/4
mile from one end of the show to the other..and the burn area is extensive.
 
The industry appears very healthy and everyone is upbeat about sales due to
both Y2K (wood) and the economy (gas and fireplaces).
 
For those of you that are Travis Dealers, they are posting daily show
reports featuring their new products at the dealer link from their front
page. You need a username and password to get in. Email [email protected]
if you have not already received this from travis....or email me directly
([email protected]) stating the Travis line that you sell.
 
BBQ's and other outdoor products are taking up a large area of the floor
this year. Lots of air conditioners running to try and keep those outdoor
burn tents from overheating....temperature is 80 and very sunny today
(sat).
 
Will be interesting to hear the reports from the list after the show..
