Dear Mr. Letts:  I read your E-mail this morning.  Perhaps you have
heard of Condar Company.  We have been manufacturers in the hearth
industry for over 22 years.  A couple items of ours that you might be
interested in is our Condar Grill Meter.    This grill thermometer can
be placed right on the grates themselves to give an accurate reading of
the fire temperature.  Some grills have a thermometer built into their
lids, but this only gives a reading of the inside temps when the lid is
closed.  Not all food is cooked this way.  You can call (704)894-8383,

item.  Also, our Condar Grill Meter comes with a little spring handle so
it can be moved to different parts of the cooking surface to test the
temperature.
Two more items you might be interested in is our Tote Baskets.  They are
great for Winter chores, gardening, and just about anything your
imagination will allow you.  Also, we have a really neat item which is
our Condar Power Bellows.  Runs off of two 'D' batteries and puts a
steady blast of air right where you need it.  Makes a great gift for
those folks who still grill with briquets, go camping or have a
