locate the company to get help with parts. Do they have a U.S. location. =

  I am interested in hearing from retailers of hearth appliances in the
Northeast. What kind of impact  -- if any-- has the recent spike in oil
prices had on stove sales in your stores?  Which types of stoves are your
biggest sellers?
I would like to include dealers' comments in a report that will run in an
upcoming issue of Alternative Energy Retailer.

Dear Skip,
 
The situation in my store is that, while VC used to be our primary vendor,
once upon a time, they are now probably our fourth or fifth biggest
supplier.  I was just commenting on how difficult it would be to maintain
even that level with them, as well as get parts for the stoves we have =
sold
over the years.
