We received a FedEx package from CFM, or whatever they're called, Monday
morning announcing the change/terminations/reshuffling and tried to reach
Diane, our account person in Indiana. She, of course, was gone.   She had
been the first bright light in a long time in our dealings with the
company.  Foolishly, we had thought that things had turned around and that
we knew someone "inside" who could ensure that we would get good service.
Now I realize that I was naive to think that was so.  It seems like a
terrible way to do business and an awful way to treat people.

Tour Guides for EXPO 2000 Editors Program
 
For the last five years, HPA has organized the presence of top home 
magazine editors at EXPO.  The Editors Program is an integral part of 
promoting the hearth industry to several prominent shelter magazines. 
The program is in its sixth year and has reaped valuable exposure for 
the hearth industry.  HPA is in the process of recruiting tour guides 
for the Editors Program and is seeking your assistance.
 
Tour Guide Objective
Tour guides ensure that the editors develop an understanding of 
industry trends and products.  Also, the tour guide will become their 
friend and source of accurate information.  Tour guides are key to 
the success of the program because we rely on their expertise of the 
hearth industry to relay the trends and new products to the editors.
 
Editors Program/Tour Guide Schedule
Thursday, March 16Editors Reception (6:30pm - 8:30pm)
Friday, March 17-Editors Breakfast (8:00am - 9:00am)
Friday, March 17-Tour of Indoor Show Floor - (9:30am-Noon)

Friday, March 17-Tour of Outdoor Show Floor (1:00pm3:00pm)
