DOES ANYONE USE A SOFTWARE PROGRAM FOR THEIR HEARTH STORE SERVICE
DEPARTMENT?
 
WE ARE CURRENTLY USING THE SBT ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE AND NOT EVERYTHING
WILL INTERGRATE WITH IT.

I used to rep Crossfire here in N. Califonia.  I may be of some help to =
you.
I have a quite a bit of information for calibration, venting, etc.  I may
even have one of the owners manuals hanging around, although I'll have to
check on that.
