Note: Given the absolute certainty that Tom will be reading this, and the scarcity of job opportunities in these recessionary times, this
particular web page has been very carefully edited.
Originally a partner in the business, sole owner since 1985 and President/CEO since incorporation in 1995, Tom Oyen has been doing this for a
long, long time. A voracious student of chimney factoids and hearth-related lore, and a veteran of every facet of the hearth products business from
the chimney top down, Tom is the go-to guy whenever there's a problem nobody can solve
(although this doesn't happen very often, given the
surpassing competence of the experienced, conscientious and vastly underpaid Chimney Sweep office staff and crew).
Tom's credentials include:

Although Tom doesn't get out in the field much anymore,
he still dresses like a Sweep.
These are his "summer blacks".
