Likes: This stove looks nice, performs very well, and is very economical on fuel. It will heat our living room 5 degrees in one hour in the early morning on four small sticks of well seasoned wood. The ash removal system is fantastic: a small drawer which accepts the ashes from a "trap door" inside the stove. This ash system eliminates a lot of mess. The draft controls are amazing. The glass stays very clean, with only a bit of soot in the lower corners.
Dislikes: None that I can think of.
Comments: The last time I burned a woodstove was in 1987, and after two winters with that airtight monster, I swore I would never burn another stick. I am glad I changed my mind. I did a lot of online research before making a purchase. There is so much information out there, it only seemed more confusing. Finally, I went to Rocky's Stove Shoppe, asked them to come out to the house, and TELL me what I should be considering for a purchase. I am very pleased with the Fusion. We also burn Bio Bricks in it, and two bricks will last over an hour. I haven't really banked the stove at night yet, since cold weather is not upon us, but the few times I have thrown a medium size stick of wood on top the coals at about 9 PM, there are enough coals in the morning to easily get the fire going at 7 AM. I am very, very pleased with the quality and the performance of this stove, and would encourage anyone to think about the purchase of a Fusion.
