Likes: Warm, even heat. Beautiful to look at. Easy to start. The glass stays the cleanest of other wood stoves I've had. Remarkable support and customer service from the manufacturer. Its a kick owning a stove that was manufactured relatively close by.
Dislikes: Didn't get one sooner.
Comments: Purchased this stove from the factory showroom in 2008 to replace a Defiant (which replaced a pellet stove). The VC was a good stove but we needed a little more heat and a longer burn. Last week I reported some minor cosmetic issues with the stove after about a year. Brought the stove up on a Saturday and they had the work done the following Thursday. Very impressed.
