Likes: Set the thermo stat and forget about it. The Glass wash system works well. The window is large and gives a good view into the fire for the entire room. Easy to load pellets fro the top.

Dislikes: A lot of moving parts (feeder mechanism, exhast fans, bottom ash door in fire pot) make for a lot of potential problems. We have had this for 4 years and it is good but takes maintenance every year prior to fire season. NOthing really bad just takes a little work.

Comments: I took the time to learn how to work on this myself so I have had very little breakdowns. If you do not put in minor maintnenance on this two or three times a year, you may have more problems with it.
BOttom line is it is a great and very attractive stove which requires a little more maintnenance than I would prefer to put in (I am comparing it to a wood burning stove from previous experience).
Side windows are not glass so do not expect a view.
