Likes: attractive stove
Dislikes: extremely loud, many many service calls which I had to pay for, cleaning rods get stuck, now is requiring a new motor and several other installations
Comments: I was informed it was soundles and perfect for heating the 2400 sq.ft. on the main floor of the home. Serviceman informed me at the 3rd in 3 months visit he has the same stove and never experienced any problems. Then added, of course I don't heat my house with it. The very reason I bought it was to heat my home.
