Likes: This unit burns good pellets ok - if your adjustments are good.
Dislikes: If you want a lot of noise coming out of your fireplace insert this is the one to buy. It is almost two years that we have had the unit and it is still very loud. Service is terrible and i don't believe they have factory trained people. Definitely not a good buy. Right now it is not working again.
Comments: I would not recommend this unit unless you have an exceptional dealer that has factory trained people and is actually interested in fixing problems. The exhaust fan produces a lot of vibration and the dealer never would truly work on the noise issue.
