Likes: Built very well. Easy to start (with totally dry wood). Easy to operate. Easy to clear out. Attractive.
Dislikes: Larger firebox would be an improvement. Does not burn the whole night. Slightly larger air inlet would help combustion in cases of less-dry wood.
Comments: Installed into relined interior masonry chimney with double wall pipe with 2 45 deg bends. Drafts well. It is difficult to get into 400 deg and higher with wood that is not totally dry. Soot nicely clears from glass when temp gets past 500. Tip for boosting fire starting: Open ash pan door for a minute and you get "turbo" burning. Don't forget to close it! I would recommend this stove, but unless circumstances are ideal, don't expect to make this the primary source of heat.
