Likes: Solid built, easy to operate. Heats our entire home. EPA Catalytic system produces little or no smoke, so neighbors have nothing to complain about.


Dislikes: This unit has two side panels of clear ceramic that are virtually impossible to keep clean. The air wash doesn't help them at all. Dealer told me about this up front, so I just ignore them. The front glass gives me all the view I need.


Comments: This thing stopped SCE&G (power co.) from draining our bank account. One day last winter my wife watched the meter reader's jaw drop, our usage was so low!
