Likes: Dealer is very good about collecting the money. Cannot find anything else nice to say about them.

Dislikes: Dealer does not install stoves. Dealer does not do stove maintenance. Dealer puts you on hold to talk with another, later calling customer(all the while letting me listen to his side of the phone call). We had to pickup receipt from the dealer because he did not provide it after multiple phone calls. He is located a fifty mile round trip from us. Dealer did not provide original parts. Made multiple phone calls to get items that should have delivered with the original stove. Dealer wanted me to make a 2nd fifty mile round trip to get the undelivered items. He finally sesnt the items to us way after the stove was installed. Dealer had 2006 brochures but delivered a new stove that was BUILT FOUR YEARS AGO! Dealer is useless to the consumer. I always felt like I was intruding into his personal time of watching new "suckers" walk into "HIS" furniture store. EXCUSE ME!
Manual did NOT match the actual stove controls.
Stove is very smoky. Dealer is useless to fix it, it is MY PROBLEM. Pellet hopper has very shallow angle of feed so the back of the stove empties pellets while the front of the hopper looks full. Then you have to physically push the pellets in the front of the hopper towards the back to get pellets to fall down in the hopper. Hopper opening is about big enough for a ten year old child's hand. Poor design of the hopper and too small opening to move pellets towards the back of the auger feed. Have to add pellets almost every single day. The hopper is way too tiny. (Having the poorly designed drop angle into the back of the hopper is the main problem) I will never recommend a Travis Industries product to anyone, anywhere, anytime in the future.
